Made from top grade American Black walnut that has been sustainably harvested, this countertop features a food-safe penetrating oil finish. The same factory finish used on John Boos' cutting boards and butcher blocks, the oil helps with water resistance and spill clean-up by being absorbed into the wood fibers.

Constructed with full length exterior rails and random finger-jointed interior rails, each countertop is designed for stability and durability. During installation, it is important to provide support for any overhangs of 8 inches or more in width and 12 inches or more in length. These Made in the USA countertops are crafted by skilled artisans to enhance any kitchen design and décor.

These richly-colored walnut countertops are easy-care alternatives to granite or stone and are perfect for food prep and cutting. Varnique (sealed/finished) versions are also available for purchase separately.
