To use the John Boos Mystery Oil, simply apply an even coat to all surfaces of your wooden cutting board using an applicator. Allow the oil to fully absorb into the wood fibers overnight, then wipe off any excess oil. Reapply to any areas that appear dry. Depending on usage and household conditions, it is recommended to apply the oil at least once a month, and more frequently in dry or arid environments.
